Del Prado Townhome Association
Board of Directors
Brian Kelley, President
My wife and I have been homeowners in Del Prado since 2013 and have been living in Ventura County since 2010. I graduated from the University of Maine’s School of Natural Sciences, Forestry and Agriculture and moved to California in 2005. My professional career has been focused in mortgage and credit where I currently work in the Global Risk space for a major bank. I have 2 boys and enjoy traveling and staying active which includes coaching AYSO and being a member of their school board. I am active with several other volunteer events throughout the county. I’ve been a Del Prado board member since 2017 and I look forward to serving Del Prado. As President, I will focus on infrastructure, safety and making improvements that lead to a sustainable future.
Marty Ahearn, Vice President
My name is Marty Ahearn, Owner of 542 Del Prado Drive and Vice President of the Commercial and Investment Division of Pinnacle Estate Properties. Ever since spending my grade school years growing up in Del Prado, it was my dream to buy a home and raise a family here. With our extensive open space, trees to climb, low traffic streets for learning to ride a bike and a well maintained community pool, Del Prado is a kid’s dream. As a Board Member I will use my knowledge and expertise in Real Estate to preserve our property values and quality of living by protecting our open space and maximizing the efficiency of our amenities, while keeping our Dues low. I look forward to serving the Board for many years to come, and keeping Del Prado the special community it has always been.
Ann Wartinger, Secretary
Although my husband and I have only lived in Del Prado for a few years, I lived in Goleta during my college years at UCSB, and have always loved this part of CA. Before starting our family, I worked in banking, human resources and in the telecommunications industry as a customer service rep, all the while watching Silicon Valley grow and change before my eyes. After our daughters were older, I finished out my working life in K-8 education at San Jose Christian School. It’s important to me to live and serve in a community comprised of young families as well as older adults, and will strive to keep it a place that we can all enjoy and be proud of.
Eloise Mansfield, Treasurer
I have owned property in Del Prado since 1978. I lived here for 13 years and then was married to Arthur Sr. He passed away in 2014 and now I have moved back and love it. I am a native of California and was raised in Santa Rosa Valley since 1944. I attended Santa Rosa School, Pleasant Valley School & Oxnard High School. I belong to Trinity Presbyterian church. My profession was an Escrow Secretary then a Certified Escrow Officer for 31 years, working for Parliament Escrow & Coronado Escrow in Oxnard. I have two children & three step-children, twelve grand-children and six great grand-children. This is my first time of being on the board and I will try to keep Del Prado a place that people will want to live in.
Susan Vanderveen, Member at Large
I have been a Ventura County resident most of my life. I grew up in Oxnard, raised my 3 children in Ventura and spent the last several years in Camarillo. I have had careers in mental health, education, non-profit program management and am a retired hospice/hospital chaplain. I have decades of volunteer board and committee work experience, participating where I am planted. We originally purchased our home in Del Prado in 2011 to share with our daughter and use when we came from our home in Oregon to visit our kids/grandkids in Southern California. It soon became apparent that the grandchildren were too important for us to live so far away, and we came back to Ventura County. Currently I spend my time volunteering at the local hospital, creating mosaic art, painting, sewing, and gardening. I also published in 2021. My husband and I usually walk in the neighborhood twice a day and it has been a delight getting to know so many of our neighbors in Del Prado.
John Tryon, Condoministration
I am the property manager for Del Prado Townhomes. Condoministration has been in the business for over 30 years. We are a small family business and are proud that most of our customers have been with us for many years. My job is to assist the board in carrying out the administration of our association and working with our contractors, employees and residents. I grew up in England, Texas and Hawaii and lived in South Africa for a while before moving to Camarillo in 1978. My wife and I have one son who lives in Tucson.
