In
accordance with the Architectural Control Guidelines specified
in Del Prado Townhome's C.C. & R.'s (Section H.1.), the
Board of Directors has established the following standards
regarding the maintenance of our units.
Any
modifications to the exterior of Del Prado Townhome units that
are not in conformance with these standards require prior
approval of the Board of Directors and may require subsequent
approval from the City of Camarillo's Department of Planning
and Community Development as well.
